Last Saturday Jamie Riggs and I lined up for this criterium at Jane and Finch in Toronto. The event also has an Ontario Youth Cup stage race (see below) in which Jet Fuel was well represented by our youth team.
The open race was hotly contested, but in the end Jamie controlled the 12 man breakaway by stringing them out on the last lap. This made it safer for me by allowing lots of room to sprint around the tight, one lane final corner. I knew if I got around there first I could probably make it to the line for the win.
